Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is an open-world action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games, originally released on October 26, 2004 for PlayStation 2.
The game takes place in 1992, mainly in a parody of Los Angeles called Los Santos. There, the main protagonist (Carl Johnson) returns to the city for his murdered mother's funeral, after 5 years living in Liberty City.
The game stands out for its huge density of locations and terrain. It features 3 main cities: Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas, in addition to other large areas spread across the map: the countryside with its counties Whetstone, Flint County, and Red County, and the desert of Bone County and Tierra Robada.
