Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories is an open-world action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar Leeds and published by Rockstar Games, released on October 31, 2006 for PlayStation Portable and March 5, 2007 for PlayStation 2.
The game takes place two years before the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and tells the story of Victor Vance and his attempt to build a criminal empire across the city alongside his brother Lance.
